Foreign Corporation in Washington
If you run an LLC located outside of Washington and you want to operate in Washington, you will register your limited liability company as a foreign Washington LLC. Once your paperwork is filed, the state returns a filed certificate of authority from the Corporations Division of the Washington Secretary of State.
As your registered agent, we can register your out of state LLC in Washington for $100 plus the state filing fee.
OR, you can do it yourself, and just sign up with us as your registered agent in Washington. All Foreign LLCs in Washington will need a registered agent. We offer this service from us for $59 a year.
After you sign up for Washington registered agent service, you will be logged into your client account online where you’ll find the Washington foreign LLC form you submit to the Corporations Division of the Washington Secretary of State.
After looking at the forms and resources we include in your client account, if you do not want to actually do the filing yourself, you can click on the add services tab in your online account, and have us submit your filing for you for the state filing fees plus $100. We also will locate the proper documents from your LLCs home state that are needed to properly register you with the Washington Secretary of State.
